Phuong

She excels at fitting a lot of energy into an otherwise compact and unassuming body.

She also loves to dye her hair crazy colours.

Motivated by both her lived experiences and her studies of Political Science and Sociology at McGill University, Phuong loves discussing how social factors influence our conceptions of identity.

The best way to support her would be to subscribe and donate to this podcast, in addition to sending cute animal pictures.

You can find her on Instagram.

Lapis

Lapis is a nerdy girl studying History at the Carleton University.

She is in love with her femininity.

You’ll just as likely find her doing her nails as you’ll find her reading the collected works of Karl Marx.

Lapis is an unapologetic theatre kid who imbues everything she does with the magic of the stage.

Also a published poetess, Lapis is in love with the written word, although you should not ask her about how her novel is coming along.

You can find her on Twitter.

Vu Hai

As Ms. Producer, she specializes in coaxing Phuong & Lapis to meet deadlines and in solving all behind-the-scenes problems.

As a web designer/developer/content creator, she wears many hats.

Above all, she’s truly passionate about making structures/platforms for other creators (artists, small business owners ect.) so they can share their voices and creations in the best light.

We are firmly rooted in the belief that actions will always speak louder than words.

But oftentimes, change starts with words.

We want to show that with the right tools and frameworks, you can create change within yourself and your community.

We aim to centre the incredible activists, writers, and thinkers who have helped us deconstruct and reconstruct.

We also want to share with you how we implement these values in our daily lives.

Discussions can’t substitute actions, so let’s do both.
